We all want to feel strong, capable, and at home in our bodies. But when we’re navigating pain, injury, or changes in our body like weight gain or muscle loss, it can feel like our body is working against us.
My approach to personal training begins by meeting you exactly where you are and understanding that you are the expert in your own life. We then combine my grounding in biomechanics: understanding how your body moves and why certain patterns may be causing strain or discomfort with simple behavior change strategies we can see big changes.
I specialize in working with those experiencing back pain, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, leaking, and prolapse. Every session is tailored to support your unique structure, nervous system, and goals—whether you’re looking to reduce pain, regain strength, or simply feel more confident and capable in your daily life.
This isn’t about pushing through or overriding what your body is telling you. It’s about learning how to move with awareness, rebuild trust with your body, and support long-term resilience from the inside out. When we create the right environment for healing through exercise, movement can allow us to feel grounded, safe, and at home in our bodies again.

If you find it very difficult to maintain exercise then coaching with personal training might be a better option

Those with more severe or unstable pain would need to see a suitably trained physiotherapist or other allied health professional first
Some conditions such as heart failure or an active cancer diagnosis require closer supervision while exercising. For those with more minor health conditions I may require a doctors note before participating in exercise
Somatic Life Coaching

This is coaching that meets you at the level of your mind, body, and nervous system. It’s about creating a safe space where you’re seen beyond your patterns; where your full potential is held, even when you can’t yet see it yourself. Together, we gently uncover the stories and survival strategies that may be limiting you, not to judge them, but to understand and lovingly rewire them.
Using a powerful blend of somatic practices, breathwork, mindset and unconscious reprogramming tools, we work directly with the nervous system and the deeper layers of the mind. You’ll learn to meet yourself with compassion, shift old patterns at the root, and begin living in alignment with what truly matters to you. This work is not about fixing what’s broken; it’s about helping you come home to the truth of who you are and supporting you to step into the life you long for, with courage and care.
True transformation happens when we stop separating the body from the mind. This offering brings together the physical and emotional, the somatic and the strategic—supporting you to soar to new heights.

Life coaching is unfortunately not appropriate for those with active mental health conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar, OCD, severe depression or anxiety
Those with active drug or alcohol addictions.
Those with recent major trauma such as a catastrophic event
Once any of the above conditions are stabilized I can work with you alongside a more suitably trained mental health practitioner
It is important to note we cannot do the deeper somatic work together, this needs to be done with a suitably trained somatic therapist. We are also unable to work specifically on mental health, addiction or processing of these bigger traumatic events together, this work needs to be done with a suitably trained therapist.
